Hull FC's 2019 charity jersey pays tribute to Steve Prescott MBE.
The shirt, which is moddled on and inspired by the 1998 club jersey that Prescott wore during his debut season with the club, will be worn in the Airlie Bird's final game of the Betfred Super League season, as FC go up against St Helens in the final leg of this year's Steve Prescott Trophy.
A donation from each jersey sold will be made to the Steve Prescott Foundation, which continues to raise funds for Try Assist, which aims to support players whose lives have been affected by serious injuries, and Christies Hospital, where Steve was treated before his passing in 2013.
Spending two spells with the Black & Whites, Prescott made 107 appearances for Hull FC scoring over 600 points, including 56 tries. His debut for the club came in 1998 as Hull made their first appearance in the Super League competition, wearing a striking turquoise and white shirt of which our new charity shirt is inspired by!
