    You can choose to collect your order from one of our Retail Stores using our Click & Collect service.

    • Simply select Click & Collect during checkout.

    • Please allow up to 48 hours after purchase for collection.

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

    Delivery

    • All internet orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

    • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, though this may take longer during busy periods.

    • All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail using the tracked 24 and 48 service.

    • Once dispatched, deliveries can take up to 2 working days to arrive (UK).
