RETURNS POLICY

At Hull FC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition (including no writing or damage to packaging).

• All tags must remain attached.

• Include your receipt and a covering letter stating the reason for return.

Returns Process:

1. Email shop@hullfc.com with:

   • Your personal details

   • Reason for return

   • Product code and quantity

   • Receipt/invoice number or date of purchase

2. Package the item securely and return it to the address above.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

• We strongly recommend using recorded or registered post, as Hull FC is not liable for lost returns.

• Returns made after 28 days may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a partial credit due to restocking costs.

Our returns window officially lasts 30 days. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
