Ask any supporter to describe a Hull FC shirt and the 1980’s classic shirt is the one immediately that springs to mind. The halcyon days of the 80’s were synonymous with main club sponsor ABI Caravans.
The shirt firstly had an iron on patch for the sponsor, which then became an overprinted version later in the decade, featuring the quartered club crest - this shirt is a real look back. This version of the shirt was first worn during the 1984/85 season, including in the all-time classic Challenge Cup Final against Wigan in 1985.
